Nashville is quickly becoming the next up and coming city with 100 people moving there every single day! (I got this fun fact from 4 separate Uber drivers.. so it has to be correct!.. right?) I recently took my second trip to the city that stole my heart and it was just as great as I remember. With cute and quiet areas surrounding the bars on Broadway you will always have something to do and of course great places to eat!

Here are the can't miss places to eat and drink in Nashville!

Breakfast

Biscuit Love: (The Gulch) 316 11th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203

I have one word for you BONUTS! Thats right, you can get the most awesome combination of biscuits and Donuts at Biscuit Love but thats just the start. You can get a Biscuit with just about anything, chicken, eggs sausage and gravy, and of course biscuit french toast! Its a biscuit lovers dream come true! Make sure to get there early because there will be a line to get in, but so worth the wait!

The Flipside: 2403 12th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37204

This place is too cute for words! With its 50's style décor, the biggest bloody Mary's I've ever seen and of course the awesome food, its a can't miss place. Everything on the menu is served on Jack's Best Chicken, I opted to go with the chicken and eggs, with a side of tater tots and their smaller bloody Mary! (Since the big drink is a meal in itself) Outside the restaurant are are awesome murals and shops so you can walk off all the food you just ate!

The Sun Diner: 105 3rd Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201

This place is open 24 hours and right in the heart of downtown Nashville, so whether you are just starting your day or finishing a long night the Sun Diner is ready for you! We went late morning which ended up being perfect timing since they get really busy early in the morning! I went with the creme brulee french toast that tasted just as good as it looked!

Lunch & Dinner

Acme Feed and Seed:101 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37201

This place has hands down the best Hot Chicken sandwiches on Broadway! From the moment we left Nashville the first time we were counting down the days until we could come back and eat at Acme! It has a sweet rooftop bar and did I mention the hot chicken sandwich? Of course they have other great options too, the tacos were a close second to the chicken!

The Stillery: 113 2nd Ave N Nashville, TN 37201

At The Stillery we took a different approach when ordering. After 4 straight days of what seemed like non-stop eating and drinking, we decided to split dinner. Little did we know the portions at this place are huge, which is a good thing because their food is sooo good!! We decided on their Mac and cheese with sides of soft pretzels (my favorite food) and fried pickles. We were in Nashville for CMA Fest weekend so we were lucky to even get a seat, make sure to make a reservation because you're not going to want to miss this place.

Drinks

All of Broadway:

Broadway is lined with bars with a couple of cow boy boots shops sprinkled in-between stop in any of them for drinks, food and great live bands! Some of my favorites are Tin Roof (Look for my name on the bathroom wall) Mellow Mushroom which has great frozen margaritas and a rooftop bar. If you are tired of country music check out the Beercade which has old school arcade games and a Dj that wont play country music.

Sweet Tea:

Every restaurant we went to offered sweet tea something they don't have in Jersey so I took full advantage of it. By the end of the week I'm pretty sure I had sweet tea running through my veins! Make sure to at least try it once while you are there!
